How to Create a Listing
- Go to the Add Listing Page
- Click on “Add Listing” in your account dashboard.
- Select a Category
- Choose the appropriate category for your item (e.g., corals, fish, equipment, etc.).
- Upload Photos (Optional)
- Add high-quality images to showcase your listing.
- Enter Listing Details
- Title: A clear and descriptive name for your item.
- Price: Enter the selling price. If you want the listing to be a classified ad instead of a direct sale, enter 0 in the price field.
- Location: Your general location to help buyers find local deals.
- Contact Details (Optional): You can add an email or phone number.
- Shipping: Indicate if you offer shipping or collection only.
- Website, Email, Etsy (Optional): Add external links if applicable.
- Tags: Add relevant keywords to help buyers find your listing.
- Set Pricing Tiers (Optional)
- If you offer multiple pricing options (e.g., different sizes or grades), you can define them here.
- Add Extras (Optional)
- Extras allow you to charge for additional services or items (e.g., express shipping, frag plugs, packaging).
- Specify Order Requirements (Optional)
- Use this section to collect specific information from buyers before they place an order.
- Set Discounts (Optional)
- You can offer bulk purchase discounts based on quantity.
- Description & Agreement
- Write a detailed description of your item.
- Agree to the terms and conditions.
- Submit Listing
- Click “Submit Listing” to publish your item.
Managing Orders & Payouts
- When an Item Sells
- You will receive an order notification.
- Communicate with the buyer if needed.
- Shipping & Marking as Delivered
- Ship the item using a tracked and signed-for service whenever possible.
- Once the item has been shipped, mark the order as “Delivered” in your dashboard.
- Buyer Dispute Period
- Buyers have 30 days from the marked delivery date to raise a dispute.
- Requesting a Payout
- To receive your payment, you must press the “Request Payout” button in your account dashboard.
- Payments are processed manually and may take up to 30 days for new sellers.
- For highly rated or verified sellers, payouts typically take only a few days.
- Receiving Your Payment
- Once approved, funds will be transferred to your registered payment method.
