Once you have placed your order please let us know a preferred delivery date.

TUESDAY / WEDNESDAY / THURSDAY or FRIDAY and await confirmation before expecting.

We will not send coral orders until a date has been agreed and confirmed by both parties.

We always use insulated & protective packaging with heat packs to send corals. Corals are sent on a next day service and the time in transit is limited to as short as possible. Tracking information will be emailed once sent.

Services used are Royal Mail Tracked 24 and Special delivery before 1pm. Sorry we can only send to UK Mainland. You will need to be in ALL DAY on delivery date – as exact time may not be specified or the package may be delayed.

Please ensure you research the exact needs of any living things you intend to keep and compatibility with your aquarium and its existing inhabitants. Only purchase corals if you are sure you are able to offer the correct care in a mature and healthy marine environment with stable parameters.

Please note: Most corals will shrivel up / contract their soft tissue considerably during shipping and may take several days to adjust to new environment and re open.
Marine livestock orders are non-returnable due to perishable nature – all sales are final.
We will not be held responsible for losses once in your aquarium.

We closely monitor and follow strict QT & medicated dipping procedures in an effort to eradicate hitchhikers, pests and disease as much as possible.

Collections: Sorry we are not open to the public at present – you may collect your order at a designated time slot and we will have your order ready for you. Doorstep collection only – sorry no viewings / browsing.
